199 days and counting . . .

Less than 200 days until I leave New Zealand for good . . . how very odd!

30 boxes and an empty desk

Today is the end of having a view from my office. I have 30 boxes with big yellow stickers on them and there are no papers on my desk . . . therefore I feel I can legitimately blog while I’m supposed to be working. I have to say that the 30 boxes aren’t mine, it would be great to have acquired 30 boxes worth of stuff in the month and a half I’ve been here but sadly I have only accumulated 2 boxes. We are moving to the first floor while this floor is refurbished for the next three months (read: who knows how long). I have yellow labels on everything: my keyboard, telephone, monitor, radio, desk . . . everything except the mouse. I refuse to put a label on an item which is half the size of the label.

I am moving into a big room, which I’ll share with Hayden, and we have one window. The window does not have a view of anything. I am grateful to have a window though, because many of the offices down there are internal and I think we’re moving back into an internal office.

I should go and help out with kitchen stuff but here is the last pictures of my beautifully large office with an amazing view!

P.S Who thought anyone would write a whole post on an office they’d only had for a month and a half . . .
